What data we process and why

We only process the data you provide voluntarily:

• Careers form: name, contact details and CV, to manage your application.
• Reservations: handled through the external provider DISH; you submit your data directly on their platform under their own policy.
• Contact by phone or email: to answer your enquiry.
• Browsing: analytics and advertising data via cookies, only if you give consent (see Cookie policy).

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (forms and cookies), on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (job applications) and, for the advertising measurement described below, on our legitimate interest.

Data retention

We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. CVs are kept for a maximum of one year unless you request their deletion sooner.

Recipients

We use providers acting as data processors: Google (GA4 y Google Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), DISH / Hospitality Digital (reservas), Uber Eats, Glovo. Beyond them we do not share your data, except where legally required or as described in the following section.

Advertising measurement

To find out which campaigns bring us bookings, we share with Google Ads an encrypted identifier (SHA-256 hash) of your email address and phone number, together with the date of your booking. Google uses it solely to check whether that booking came from a click on one of our ads, and does not receive your name or any other booking details. For this specific processing Google acts as an independent controller, not as a processor.

This is sent from our servers and does not rely on cookies, so it also happens if you rejected the consent banner. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising; you may object at any time by writing to positanopizzeria2023@gmail.com.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to positanopizzeria2023@gmail.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
